Group study session, DSST exam

STUDYING IN A GROUP

VS

STUDYING ALONE

studying alone, DSST exam

The benefits of group studying is it concedes of more than one person. So whenever we do not understand at some point, we can refer to the others and asked their opinion. However, group study can be a liitle bit distracting if we do less study and more socializing. Besides that, study alone can give us more concentration. The quiet surrounding can keep us calm and focus on our study but we don’t understand something that makes our study a little difficult and can cause us to lose our studying mood
Group studies are better than study alone why? Because the environment when we study in a group member is fun plus the interaction between group members becomes more interactive but if we study alone we can easily get bored. In addition group studying can waste our time by arguing about ideas or opinion that we discuss so it will be a delay to get the assignments done. Furthermore, studying can avoid the conflicts of ideas or opinion which takes time to resolve when we study alone and we do not have to waste so much time.
We can gain information by studying alone but it takes time rather than studying in a group. Group studies can share and gain the information to the group members quickly so our assignments can be done easily and quickly but we can be more focus and precise to search the information by studying alone so we can be able to focus more on the information we choose.
Both ways has its own advantages and disadvantages so the students can choose which ways are comfortable to them because different people different characteristics.
